Sadhana
The sacred art of practice — the daily unwrapping of what you already are
What is Sadhana?
The word "Sadhana" comes from the Sanskrit root "sadh" — to go straight to the goal. In its deepest sense, Sadhana is not an activity we do in special moments, but a quality of attention and love that we bring to all of life — from morning meditation to the evening meal.
Sadhana is not about accumulating spiritual experiences or achieving extraordinary states. It is about removing what obscures the ordinary recognition that awareness is always already present, always already whole, always already free.
